Upon finishing her General Surgery training, she attended the Medical School at Wayne State University, Michigan where she completed her Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery residency.

She received advanced training in all facets of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery including Pediatric Surgery for conditions caused by congenital problems such as cleft lip and palate, craniofacial anomalies and congenital and traumatic hand deformities. Dr. Bandy executed her training at Manhattan Eye Ear Nose and Throat Hospital in New York where she was instructed by some of the world’s renowned Cosmetic Surgeons. There, she gained instruction in the most advanced facial plastic surgery techniques, including: Layered Face Lifts, Eyelid Surgery, Endoscopic Face and Brow Lifts, Rhinoplasty and other techniques. Additionally, she trained in the most sophisticated of Tumescent Liposculpture and Body Contouring Techniques.
